The Schools Division of Candon City conducted the Enneagram Webinar for SDO Section Heads, School Leaders, Specialists, and Supervisors on August 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, and 27, 2021 via Microsoft Teams platform.

The program aims to capacitate participants to uncover their personality types and understand the personality types of their co-workers. Combining its impact on self-awareness and relational effectiveness makes the Enneagram a vital tool for leadership development.

The speaker, Mr. Agripino Paul R. Galvez, Jr. is a certified Riso-Hudson Enneagram teacher with the Enneagram Institute, making him the first Filipino, if not the only Filipino, to be a certified Enneagram teacher in the Philippines.

As highlighted by our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Ma’am Mariecon G. Ramirez, that leaders choose to be leaders and if we decide to be a leader, therefore, we choose to do and think like leaders. In doing that, the first thing that we should do is to understand ourselves. We must possess a complete understanding of our weaknesses and strengths to be good and better leaders.

Our Schools Division Superintendent, Sir Anselmo R. Aludino hoped all participants to this webinar find their sense of integrity and self-worth as relevant and essential leaders.
